The island chief of Noonu Magoodhoo has said that the people of the island has seized and taken over

The island chief of Noonu Magoodhoo has said that the people of the island has seized and taken over the island office, yesterday. In an Interview given to dhifm by the island chief of Magoodhoo Ahmed Munthaaz, the people took such an action because, the panel boards promised by the  government to complete the electricity works of the island had still not been provided despite delays of a number of days.
The Island chief Ahmed Munthaaz also said the people agreed to leave and return the atoll office back, when the government confirms an explanation in writing a solution to the incident which the people are unhappy towards.
