 An official of the Maldives youth Parliament stated that the members will be appointed by taking a vote among those who have applied for membership of the youth parliament within the deadline set for the application.
The official also revealed that the first session after the appointment of the members of the youth parliament will hold a debate on the changes needed for the environmental law.
The aim of the Maldives youth parliament is to produce responsible leaders for the nation and protecting and attaining rights for the youth of the country. The Maldives youth parliament was inaugurated on the 26th of April this year. |
